Community walk and talk for those that have lost a loved one, as well as members of the community. Every Wednesday, at 10am W.Uden and Sons funeral directors will be joining up with Greenwich Get Active and Charlton Athletic community support to take part in a gentle walk around the beautiful grounds of Eltham Palace.

Everyone is welcome to attend. If you’ve lost a loved one, there will be others there that have also experienced loss, and also members of the funeral directors team to have a chat and answer any questions you may have. Or, you don’t have to chat about bereavement at all, you can just join them for a walk and get in some of those important daily steps.

You don’t need to sign up to say that you are going along, just meet them there at 10am. Meet at the entrance to Eltham Palace, Court Yard, Eltham

“If you’ve lost a loved one it can be really helpful to be with other people that have also experienced similar grief. We have partnered up with these other agencies to provide an opportunity for a get together, do a bit of gentle exercise, and if you want to have a chat about your loss. We started the walks last week and had such a wonderful response from those that came along. We are looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday.”
