We used Uden & Sons in May 2024 for our Mum’s unexpected death, when we first met Stan who walked us through the entire process with compassion and warmth. He also led our Mum’s funeral on the day and Sarah, their photographer, came to take photos so that our father, who was terminally ill and unable to be at the funeral, could be a part of it. When our father died just nine months later, there was no doubt in our minds that we would use Uden again and we did so this January 2025, requesting Stan and Sarah again, both of whom were there and made the loss so much more bearable. Every member of staff there manages to express genuine warmth without compromising professionalism and that is something that can be hard to combine. We had the Bentley package both times and the cars were absolutely immaculate. They are a family business and they made us feel like a part of theirs, which was immeasurable at a time when we were losing our own.
