I want to say a huge thank you to Udens for making a really painful time in my life as smooth and worry free as possible.We visited other funeral parlours when trying to decide who we should use to give my mum the best send off, but none of them gave us the same feeling as Udens, they just didn’t compare.We met with Charlie at the West Wickham branch who covered every little detail throughout our meetings, giving us lots of choice and options to create the exact funeral that my mum would have wanted. His compassion and empathy helped us to feel comfortable and assured that my mum was safe in their care and the professional standards of everyone who conducted the funeral for us were second to none, I just knew in the way that they carried themselves that they understood how important this was to each family, they took everything very seriously and they did my mum proud which I will be forever grateful for.I never felt that anything was ever too much trouble, no matter how many questions I asked, no matter how many times I wanted to recheck the details, they couldn’t do enough for us.Uden’s really supported our family; there is no-one else we would even consider using for any future needs.
